WinTool Reports

Included with WinTool is a powerful reporting module. Everyone on the network can view these reports, with or without a WinTool Professional license.

The Report Generator module instantly gathers data and generates a report based on current data. For example, if you wish to see a list of all jobs that require a certain tool, in a matter of seconds you can generate a report listing all jobs, even if a new job was just added!

WinTool comes with dozens of report formats preloaded, "Out of the Box." With the optional report editor you can create any new reports your company may desire.

Here are some of the reports that are included with WinTool along with some sample pdf files:

  • Component Specifications incl. drawings (sample)
  • Cutting Data (Feeds & Speeds)
  • Setup Sheet incl. drawings
  • Presetting List with/out barcodes (sample)
  • Usage - shows all jobs using any tool (sample)
  • Presetting Sheet for entire job (sample)
  • Sortable inventory lists - tool type, cost center, etc.
  • List of tool supplier
  • List of requisition and PO's
  • Tool classification lists (sample)
  • Tool groups
  • Machine types (sample)
  • Matchcodes (for assembling tools) (sample)
  • Job materials and data
New reports are constantly being added by Datos and WinTool USA.

Paper or Paperless?

Reports are generated for screen viewing so no paper printout is needed. Each time a report is generated it is new, fresh, and based on instant data. However, if you wish to archive the report (look back at it in the future), the report can be saved in any common format, including PDF, Web page, XL, and other formats, or a paper printout can be made. It will have a date and time stamp to identify when it was saved.
