WinTool works from two basic database interface modules:   WinTool Professional and Compact versions. The Professional module requires a license and is the basis for all other modules, whereas the Compact version is a free viewer that has no license but cannot be used with other modules.

WinTool Professional which can create and edit data, also includes two graphics generators, the DXF Generator and the Shape Generator.
